David and his team sold our property and I must say we experienced trust and integrity throughout our selling period. We were in another state during the sale of our property and they totally handled the sale with security and professional protocol in mind, looking after our interests with reassuring trust and got the job done for us....many thanks to all on the agency team.

Initially, we chose Deborah, because she left a flyer offering FREE marketing. At first, I was worried the marketing price was way higher than other appraisals, but not only did she find the right byer, we sold for full asking price. She also mentioned people that could help us with our selling process (eg. electrician to replace stove, conveyancing) at the right price. Not only would we recommend Deborah, we already have. And we told them we were extremely happy with her services and even more happier with the result that was achieved.

Deborah has many years experience in the Real Estate market. Her knowledge and strategic view on property geography and price was impressive. Deborah provided clear communication every step of the way, reporting back on what market she was targeting to sell my property. It was a pleasure working with her and I would be happy to deal with her in the future.

David was recommended by David Mitchell as a true professional and a person I could trust. In my dealings with him he has proved this true. I was greatly impressed that he located a buyer for my Unit within days prepared to pay the asking price. I had previously been using the services of his business as the letting agent for my Unit for some time and his staff always treated me courtesy and carried out their tasks very efficiently

Very professional and pro-active. We had two important conditions that required body corporate approval and David's team were very proactive to ensure we obtained the required approvals.
