John has assisted us greatly, especially communicating with the vendors solicitor for our conditions and went to lengths to discuss this with each of the three vendors whom then instructed their solicitor to accept them. Our offer was subsequently accepted so the house wouldn't be ours without his assistance. John was aslso extremely responsive throughout the whole process, explained the AUCTION process thoroughly, proactively assisted me with the auction process, and operated inputs fairly. He was easy to reach on phone/text/email, which was convenient for buyers who reside in different parts of the world. Overall, John was an amazing agent to work with, he was one of the best agent in our decades of buying and selling properties history, John is the one you do not want to miss.
