We are fairly new tenants, but have found the process of obtaining and entering into a tenancy with DK Property Partners to be painless. Application process was fairly straightforward with the leasing agent contacting us immediately with anything they require making the whole application and signing of the lease quick and painless. I commend them on the honesty as our previous leasing agent was vindictive and provided a negative reference calling us argumentative, after explaing the reasoning to DK Property Partners they understood our side of the story and still proceeded with our application. They apologised about the state of the property we moved into and explained it was out of their control. We have been with them for just over a month now and it's been smooth sailing.
