Sale of Family Home
This was my first experience with selling a home and I had no idea of the ins and outs involved with the procedure. Richard was my Guardian Angel and held my hand from the beginning to the end. He was very patient and meticulous to details when explaining the steps involved in selling our family home. Richard kept me up to date with calls and emails for each Open Day for the house as well as pending offers that were submitted. I believe the advertising side of the sale was very professional (as you would expect from an Estate Agent) but I found that Richard always put his personal touch to everything and his previous years in the industry shone through .... especially his expertise when it came to the auction. I would highly recommend Richard Popczyk to anyone who has thoughts of selling their home.

Richard went well above our expectations!
In a tough market Richard was always positive from the outset and delivered in the end. Throughout Richard was professional,knowledgeable and kept us up to date with all developments. His experience shone , he answered all our questions and we always felt he was working hard for the best outcome. His interaction with prospective buyers was informative to the point that they would have felt it was his own home he was selling as his research into the property did not leave any stone unturned and he could answer honestly and truthfully buyers questions. Being our longtime family home we felt privileged for it to be in Richards hands. We thankyou for making this somewhat emotional sale very easy , comfortable and in the end successful.

Hoang was extremely professional, kept us up to date, communication lines always open, friendly.
