When I placed my house on the market I chose Ali Yagmur because he has a good reputation in the Illawarra area. He is focused on his customers requirements to sell their homes. In my case, my home was on the market for one day and Mr Ali Yagmur had arranged a property inspection from a buyer, the buyer agreed to purchase my house at the price that I wanted (1 day on the market). In a week or so the contracts had been exchanged. Ali Yagmur is effective, efficent, friendly, honest and reliable real estate agent. Ali and his team also provide excellent after sales care and were very friendly with answering all of my enquires with regards to the sale and legal transfer of my home. It was a big decision to sell my house which I had owned for 37years. This year I decided to sell my investment property, which was a hard decision as it was my family home with a lot of great memories. I decided to engage Ali Yagmur from Domain First National in Unanderra a second time to help sell this property. I previously engaged Ali to sell my late father's house and at that time I found Ali to be a great agent who handled the sale in a fantastic way during a sensitive time for my family and achieved a great price for us. I had spoken to a couple of other agents regarding the sale of my investment property, but after not receiving the best service I decided to go with Ali again. The other agents I looked into underquoted the property, but Ali said he could achieve $20-$30k more that what they were quoting. As my property was tenanted at the time, Ali developed a great relationship with my tenants in order to gain their support during the sale, which is no easy feat during a time like this from a tenant's perspective. Having Ali able to get the tenants behind the sale made it very stress-free for me. I have found Ali to be very easy to deal with and a person who always acts with integrity. At no stage have I felt uncomfortable about what was happening or felt pressured to achieve a quick sale. Ali always kept me informed of what was happening and communicates in an effective and timely manner. Ali knows knew how to market the property and priced the property right. From what I saw Ali demonstrated a great ability to engage and negotiate with potential buyers. Ali again achieved for me an even better price than what he originally quoted, with the final outcome was well beyond my expectations! We would highly recommend Ali Yagmur. What was a very difficult time for us, due to the reason for having to sell the home, Ali made things easier for us. We felt we could trust Ali and that he actually cared about what we were going through. He was very helpful and always had the knack of making what was often a difficult situation, appear not quite so difficult. He was very understanding and often made us laugh with his great sense of humour. He was always there to take our phone calls and after an open house he would always keep us up to date about what was happening.
