The property management team have looked after our rental property for a number of years, after self managing for about two years we are very happy to be back with them at Domain. We have been with Domain for several years now and have consistently found them to be responsive and professional. When our recent tenants vacated the property they were prompt to organise new tenants and took the appropriate time to inspect the property and ensure it was ready. There have occasionally been some difficulties with tradespeople completing the intended work at the property, but Domain has worked to ensure that there is accountability and a high standard of workmanship despite this challenge.
