From my first meeting, Renee was extremely knowledgeable about the current market and the property that I was interested in. Every question I asked Renee was able to be answered confidently and with my interests at heart. I could tell Renee cared which was refreshing! I was able to raise every concern and nothing was too much hassle for Renee, she took ownership and followed up for me, even when it wasn't her responsibility to do so. Highly recommend Renee! Definitely one of the good ones!!

Renee was cooperating and helpful all the way with an acceptable outcome for all parties

My wife and I bought a unit of the plan of Renee. We were happy to receive all the details included in the unit, as we wanted to have some changes for our personal needs. Renee was very obliging and negotiated an acceptable deal with the developer. It is not easy to convince anyone to make changes outside of an already planed and in progress project of a large development. I appreciate the result was very pleasing, thanks to the professional approach of Renee.

Sale of our Umina House.

We approached several real estate agents and David & Brian we’re by far the most experienced, knowledgeable and helpful of all agents. Because we were interstate we needed assistance, not just in selling the house, but also clearing out furniture, cleaning the house and an introduction to a local notary. Nothing was ever too much for Brian. He was always there to help. He was very professional as well as empathetic because we had to move my mother in law to a retirement home. I would recommend David and Brian to anyone looking to sell. Great team

Fantastic experience with Renee!

Renee recently sold my property. Not only did she negotiate a great price, she did it in one week!! Her approachability, communication skills, area knowledge, marketing and negotiation skills couldn’t be better and I absolutely recommend her.

Don’t walk away ……. Would only recommend Renee

We recently made the difficult decision to sell our family home of 32 years and as Renee was the agent for our off the plan apartment purchase we engaged her services for the sale. Not only did Renee present with an engaging and bubbly personality she was extremely accomodating and a consummate professional throughout the whole process. Our home was sold in less than 1 week setting a new record (currently) for a residential property in our suburb. simple and professional

Had initial discussions with Dave and his Assistant Donna and we discussed the options for me to maximise my sale price - Once I had completed the refurbs and upgrades the property was staged and placed on the market. We had various groups thru over the next 5 days (covid meant only 1-1 openings) and we agreed a sale price on the Saturday - everything went straightforwardly and was a very simple transparent process from start to finish

Buy or sell with integrity

Rob was very helpful when I was searching for a home in Ettalong Beach in 2016. I had to travel up from Tasmania 3 times to inspect and purchase my property. I had some disappointments dealing with other local agents so I was impressed with Rob's honesty and integrity. He made every effort to maximize viewing opportunities with the limited time I had to inspect. He guided my through the offer and purchase phase with expertise. When the time came to sell in July 2021, I listed again with Rob Khoury without hesitation. We were in COVID lockdown and under travel restrictions which made things very challenging. Rob assisted with the preparation and marketing of my property with support and patience. We achieved a very good sale price and contract terms within a short time frame. I found Rob to be an excellent communicator, reliable, honest and trustworthy. I commend him as a highly professional real estate agent and I will certainly use him for future property matters.
