The Price was good for us knowing what we have seen in area. Considering the built and age of place it would not have been hard to get place to the standard of the price. Pointing this out to David he made it clear that on the day of final inspection all will be on par. Final inspection came nothing was done, more damage was cause with garage door. Now came threats of loosing deposit if I don't except as is, with promises that builder will professionally with in two weeks attend to all outstanding issues . The way David operate, and communicate is not very professional at all . His knowledge of the build was very sketchy not knowing how things in house really works was very noticeable.
