We purchased this property at Auction. We must note: 2 days prior to the auction the outdoor spa was in and then it was out of the contract as it was apparently not technically approved... we were advised the owners would be happy to give it to the successful buyer, the photos show the spa as the main hero shot of the sales campaign to really set the lifestyle scene, we were the successful bidders at auction and the owners told us we could have the spa, as we were signing contracts. A few weeks later the owners asked for 11 day extension to settlement, which cost us over $2,200 in extra rent but we agreed to do the right thing! Then after we agreed to the settlement extension the owners have now advised via the agent we have to pay for spa, $3,000 as they have a “friend” that wants to buy it? So this is what the friend will pay for it, the whole thing has not been handled well at all, we were extremely excited, about buying this home, and now feel very disappointed in buying this house! It’s a real shame! All we can say is we are so upset with the process, buying a home should be very exciting time and now this has left a very bitter taste with the whole process! We believe this has not been handled well with vendor and also the agent! We are normally the ones giving great reviews, and if we have a bad experience we just move on, but this is something else, the dollar amout paid for the property was over $3mil, and to now do this is just so disappointing, our kids are also shattered! We truly believe this is greed and no care factor!
