The only thing I did not like was the original pricing 'RANGE' All this serves to do is attract buyers who wish to offer the lower amount. I also do not like the post on the web 'UNDER OFFER[' as a buyer of over twenty properties in my time i speak with a bit of experience.. This under offer serves only to put potential buyers off. In my own case i NEVER looked at properties that were marked under offer Having said all that, I related my concerns to Donna who Immediately acted and rectified the situation. Would I sell through her again? YES. Definitely!!
