Shane signed us up with an estimated sale vale above our expectation, and had a verbal offer within an hour ! That offer became a written offer after the Section 32 was sent to the Conveyancer of the buyer. All went smoothly, including the requested Buyers Advocate and Pest Inspection (as it was an interstate buyer). I used Shane a couple of years ago. He uses the tactics of saying he will get a big price to sign you up then says that's no buyers so we have to lower the price. And keep lowering the price again and again. I would not recommend him. Also they got a depositand the person pulled out and it took a bit of hassle for them to pass the $1k deposit to me. They also turned up late to open house inspections where at least one possible buyer left.
