Really listened to what we wanted.
Shane took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and did not waste our time showing us any old property. Instead, he found us what must have been the only property that met our needs and fairly and honestly negotiated pricing with us.

Quick results and a great price!
I have bought and sold with Shane a number of times now. He listens to everything I say and values my time; giving me honest and succinct information. Shane found us a buyer without going to market by knowing his database and targeting those that would be most interested. We would definitely come back to Shane again.

Sold in eight days
Shane first sold my house in eight days but the sale fell through as the buyer never met his commitments it sold quite quickly the second time but at a disappointing lower price due to the lockdown Shane was very good to us throughout the sale

Best agent in the area!
Having dealt with quite a few agents in the area I have to say that Shane Donovan is by far the most honest and hard-working one I have seen. His commitment to his clients is second to none!
