My partner and I are first home owners, and I can honestly say I’m so happy I ran into Shane at an open inspection, he saw the stress in my face while I was house hunting and he asked for my email and phone number and asked for what I was looking for in a home, a week later he rang and told me “I think I have the perfect home for you both” and he was right. We rang Shane to ask him to price our house on the 14th of January. He arrived that afternoon and explained the whole process. We accepted him as our agent then and there. The following week we had great girls in to beautify the house and that afternoon the photographer did his job. There was aan open day on the Saturday and a second open day was planned for the Wednesday. This wasn't needed as Shane sold it on Tuesday 28th Jan for more than we had expected. We couldn't sspeak more highly of Shane and his staff.

I went to an Open Home Shane was holding and but the property wasn't suitable for me. He asked what I was looking for and arranged an inspection for a property that he was just about to list. I bought this home and will move in next month. Shane is happy to answer questions and offer recommendations for trades I need. He has been great to work with and I would definitely recommend him.
