we found that shane was very professional in his approach , his knowledge of the area, upfront approach on how the market is travelling and advice on how we should market our property. How ever we found he didn't tell us about the section 32 and that we needed a conveyer. Apart from that, everything went along smoothly. The way that Natalie handedled the openings and professionalism with her bubbly personality helped in selling the house a breeze. After all the hard work to have the house ready it paid off. The communication was ok there were a few miss communication issues. As this was resolved the sale of the house was only three weeks so we have been delighted with the end result.
