Being the first time I have bought in an Over 50's lifestyle village I did not possess a lot of knowledge. Diana had incredible knowledge of the Village I bought in and the purchase process of a manufactured home in a land lease environment. She had an intimate knowledge of all the facilities within the village and the house I was buying. She showed me through the house and village -it was as if she lived there herself, Diana kept me up to date with timely communication and follow up, clearly articulating the information required to make an informed decision. Diana was on a first name basis with so many of the residents in the village it was quite phenomenal. Her professionalism was simply unsurpassed.
