Toby Disher went above and beyond in his real estate knowledge of the area, advised of all outgoings to consider and was totally up to date on the recent history of the building. Notching was too much trouble for Toby to investigate or to attend to on my behalf as the purchaser. I wish I could use Toby for all of my real estate dealings throughout Australia, my mind would then be at rest. Can’t recommend Toby highly enough.
