As this was my first home I was very anxious and unsure of the whole process, Tyler explained the next steps to me, made sure I was ok (Pretty much held my hand) If I tried to contact Tyler he was available most of the time and if he wasn’t available he would get back to me very promptly, I couldn’t fault his communication, professionalism and people skills. Tyler did his best to satisfy every request I made of him especially liaising with the vendors. Again as I’m new to Grafton he was very Knowledgeable and forthcoming with info on the area shopping, leisure activities etc. If I had to contact the office they too were very polite and courteous. If I was to be in need of an agent in the future to sell or rent my home Tyler would be the man I would go to.... bloody good bloke he is! 👍🏼

Ms Forrester dealt efficiently with our initial inquiries when we expressed an interest in the property and provided very detailed written responses to our requests for further information. In addition, Ms Forrester took and provided a number of additional photographs in order to give us a very good idea of the condition of the Property. Ms Forrester attended a subsequent site inspection and provided relevant information when asked. As we are not familiar with local conditions in Maclean, Ms Forrester provided valuable local knowledge and offered further similar assistance in the event of us purchasing the property. Ms Forrester conducted herself at all times in a very efficient and businesslike manner and I found her to be helpful and courteous in her dealing with us during all stages of the purchasing process.

When looking at buying houses in the area I was concerned about agents only having the sellers best interest at heart, but with Tyler I felt he worked with both the buyer and seller which is hard to find. Tyler was always happy to attend to any request I asked in regards to viewing the property multiple times as well a sending documentation when asked. Tyler made the purchase of our property easy, being first home buyers we were a little in the dark but he offered advice as well as the option to ring any time with any questions we had.
