We sold our property at the end of March just before all the COVID restrictions came in. Adrian was a superstar throughout the process, providing advice on what should be done and not done to the house, how much we should spend and not spend on decor etc. We received heaps of potential buyers and were looking at a really solid result. However covid happened and we suddenly lost almost all our buyers but Adrian was able to still find a way to get our property sold and even doing better than our original reserve. Adrian was very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in the door. He wasn't pushy and didn't drive us mad by calling us to make an offer as soon as we walked out the door. I contacted him on a Sunday afternoon and he was able to arrange all the documents for us to make an offer that night.
