I had Power of Attorney for the sale of my parents house. Adrian contacted me immediately, met me at my parents house, had good knowledge of the area and sale price. Adrian provided me with all the information I required/requested and answered all my questions in detail. During the Open Days, he would always message or phone me to update me on the number of visits. Adrian even went out of his way and attended the property on the weekend to help us move some of the furniture out of the house. He was very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Adrian.

What can I say. Adrian Kay becomes more of a mate than a real estate. He always responds to the silly questions and every time we meet he has a smile from ear to ear. Douglas Kay the auctioneer is full of character and very reminiscent of how a good salesman works.
