I've bought and sold a few places over the past decade and found working with Peter and his brother Adrian easily the best of the lot. I found I could be transparent about what I was willing to spend and the property I was looking for and the guys worked within those parameters. They clearly know the area well, work hard for the vendors but keep close to mind what is reasonable for the market to pay. Committed, honest, friendly guys who represent their family business very strongly. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.
