Friendly & a great communicator

We were overseas when we first found the house and from the first email Bradley was quick to respond to our questions and provided paperwork quickly and without question. Very satisfied vendor

We recently engaged Bradley Page from Dowling Property Group in Mayfield NSW to sell my late sister's house in Woodstock Street Mayfield. We discussed the market strategy and property prices in the Mayfield area and agreed on a marketing plan and later an expected price range. During the six week marketing period which included social media and web sites he kept us totally up to date with any sales or auction results in the area. I believe due to his networking, electronic marketing and dogmatic sales approach led us to a better than expected sales result on auction day.
