On the 3rd March 2003, I opened Dowling Real Estate Mayfield which became the 23rd office to open in the Newcastle and Hunter region. I bring to Dowling Mayfield over 25 years of experience, an excellent reputation and an enthusiastic approach to all facets of Real Estate. I have completed an Associate Diploma of Business, specialising in Real Estate Valuation and have now been a registered Valuer since 1998. In the year 2002, I was in the top 10 in the Hunter for listing and selling properties in the Estate Agents Co-operative Association. My honesty, hard work and passion is what makes me such a successful Real Estate Agent and also highly respected in the industry by both my peers and clients. In 2010 I opened my second office at Glendale which is known as Dowling Real Estate Lake Macquarie which has become very successful and encompasses all areas of the Lake Macquarie regions. Both the Mayfield and Lake Macquarie offices have been going from strength to strength since their opening.

My name is Nicholas Vaka. I am a senior agent with Dowling Property Group, Mayfield. I have been in real estate for five years and have sold over 300 properties.
