I met with Rob once to sign my sales agreement, he explained everything very succinctly and efficiently. I immediately felt comfortable, I mostly communicated with Rob by text message (my preference). Also, he did ring often to keep me updated with progress. I challenged Rob to a sales figure I thought would be unachievable, and yet he exceeded my expectations not only with the sale price but with the speed at which he sold my property. From my first meeting with Rob I found him to be very open and honest and wanting what was best for me, he had no doubts in getting a good price for my house, the house went on the market on Monday, first open house on the Saturday, he rang not long after and discussed the offers that had been made and what I wanted to do, Rob contacted the interested buyers again over the weekend, rang me again to keep me informed, made a few more calls and let me make the decision on who brought the house, I sold for $475000, $15000 over what my first offer was, I can’t thank Rob enough for everything he did to help with the sale of my house.
