Joanne has been in the real estate industry for 30 years starting in the family business in Toronto. Coming from a family of real estate agents, her mothers career spanning 35 years, originally known as Richley Realty. Her father later joined the business after a successful 40 year sales career. Later they collectively joined the budding franchise of Ray White. Later Joanne and her father decided to open up in Cessnock after a brief stint she had with Channel 6 Real Estate. They opened up as Ray White Cessnock in 1988 and continued for 17 years. Joanne felt like the organisation was becoming too large and impersonal and decided to make the change to Dowling Real Estate. Dowling Real Estate is part of a local group of offices where Joanne can run the business as she sees fit using her experience to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. Joanne is arguably the most experienced agent in town and she intends to keep working well into the future. Joanne has sold property to 3 generations of families in Cessnock and is proud to call Cessnock home.
