Good Vibes
Joanne was so enthusiastic and genuinely pleased with the house she marketed and sold for my Mum. She knows her market. We were very, very pleased with the outcome and the price achieved was $20,000 more than three other agents who appraised Mum's house. Joanne matched the lowest commission rate and did not charge extra fees for advertising. Mum's home sold in a week and had three buyers wanting it at the first open house exactly as Jo predicted. Great result.
