Before purchasing the property we did, we inspected a few properties with Julie and not once was she pushing with any of them. When making an offer Julie was available after hours and got back to us instantly with any queers and questions, even late at night and on Sundays (Sorry Julie). Through the entire process Julie was extremely patient with us with wanting to have several inspections and asking several questions as it was our first time. We are very happy for first time buyers. Julie was a pleasure to deal with, we had a bad experience trying to buy a house with a previous agent where games were played and the house was sold the day we were signing contracts and dealing with Julie was a complete breath of fresh air. Her communication is fast and to the point and really cares about those selling their properties and those buying their first property. It was a fast process and an easy one at that. Julie always kept us in the loop and made sure she always kept her word and was always happy to answer any questions.
