Easy to find house but negligence in the maintenance
Got the house after all the check. The house is just okay because lots of maintenance needed in the house. Almost filled whole condition report about the house. Couple of emergency repair regarding kitchen tap, Laundry tap, bathroom tap are the main issues. I have reported about the maintenance but almost more than a week but no response. We are unable to use any tap. Being a tradie I can fix but they said go suffer through agency. 😡😡😡 Very poor response about the query

Thank you for leaving your review and I am very happy we could assist you with finding a suitable rental. I have looked into your complaint and the plumbing company had an appointment with you to attend the property on Monday 3rd April, in the afternoon (which you arranged). Unfortunately, when the plumber attended no-one was home to give them access to the property, they left a card for you to call to arrange another appointment, however they haven't heard from you.
