I’ve had an incredibly smooth experience with Downtown Property during my move to Tasmania. Moving internationally can be stressful, but they made the whole process so easy from start to finish. I had some initial concerns about traffic noise, and the team was incredibly helpful in addressing all of my questions and putting my mind at ease. Getting into my new place was also a remarkably smooth process, which made a huge difference during an already busy move. They had done a great job inspecting the place and documenting the interior of the apartment prior to my move in. The apartment itself is great, and I’m very happy with the location and the view out my window is fabulous. Most of all, the staff have been wonderful—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. I already feel like I know them, which is such a nice feeling when you’re new to a place. I’m really grateful to Downtown Property for making my transition to Tasmania so easy. Highly recommend them!
