We have had our investment property managed by Doyle Spillane for 13 years. Over the years we have had many staff as leasing and property managers always overseen by Joe Iemma. We have always found them very responsive and professional and have looked after both our property and the tenants. They have always found new tenants quickly when a new lease was required, keeping our vacancy rate at 0. They managed an insurance claim for us after a flood event and submitted and processed the claim and quickly actioned the works required. Any maintenance required is always attended to promptly with their preferred trades at a reasonable cost.
