A big thank you to the entire Doyle Spillane Dee Why team for all their hard work and great service so far with managing my investment property. The Doyle Spillane team ran an excellent advertising campaign, were very thorough with their due diligence with potential tenants and were able to secure new tenants in the property all within a week of starting the process. I have been very impressed with the whole team and would recommend their property management services. Thanks

I was most impressed by the approach and communication from the team at Doyle Spillane. Applying for a property can be emotional - you love the home and you want to be the one to get it. We felt clearly communicated to and respected at every stage of our bid, and then as we finalised our lease agreements - the staff at DS always communicated beautifully. They would do a courtesy call before any email was sent to explain important information - this made us feel like they respected our time and values. We are most grateful. They also made settling in very easy and supportive.

Joe and Kristian have helped me rent out my one bedder unit furnished. After one week on the market found good tenants. I felt they both answered my questions well and I was impressed by how thorough the inspection for condition report was. Thank you for making my experience as a landord less overwhelming.
