We were inspecting properties on the Wednesday and had another agent cancel an inspection last minute. Checking on domain.com.au, we identified that Doyle Spillane had listed a new apartment that morning and had an open inspection scheduled later that day. We inspected the apartment, performed the seamless application via 2apply using the same details previously used for other applications, and received a call from the team the following day (Thursday) letting us know we had been approved. Thanks to their extensive usage of digital platforms, we were able to pay our deposit and bond and sign the lease on Friday, then pay the second week, pick up the keys, and move in on the Saturday. From the original inspection to finalising the condition report, everything has been a smooth experience and fully digital (outside inspection + picking up physical keys). Future reviews will be required once we have experience with the managing agent and eventually when moving out, however the initial experience with the team at Doyle Spillane has been perfect so far.

We’re very happy with Doyle Spillane. Cris has gone above and beyond for us, especially lately, having organised a kitchen renovation.
