I bought my unit from Doyle and Spillane, and they have been managing it for a large number of years. Recently my property was abandoned and left in an extremely poor condition. Doyle and Spillane arranged for the unit to be repaired/renovated with a minimum of fuss, and found new tenants in a short period of time. I highly recommend them.

I have had a very good landlord experience with the property management team of Doyle Spillane for over 20 years. The current team of Sam, Lauren and Monica have been excellent in the management of tenancies be that periodic inspection, tenant replacement and property repair and maintenance issues. Given the quality of service I have had no reason to review my unit management in all the years of ownership. The directors should be proud of these staff members work ethic.

Very easy to deal with from a landlords perspective, however the reason we actually use them is when we were renting with them we felt they did their utmost to ensure the landlords property was always looked after and swore when we had our own investment property we would definitely be using their services. Joe and Justen are great to deal with and very responsive to any queries we have, would highly recommend them to both landlords and tenants alike.
