Really user friendly
The whole process of moving in was very easy, with great support. Ongoing admin stuff like paying rent or reporting a request to fix something is also easier and better organised than I've experienced with other agents. The team there is very responsive.

Great personnel.
Emma Coleman was the agent for this property. She was most helpful and thoughtful. Now Cris Lust is my property manager and she has been most helpful too.

No complaints
As the title states, I have no complaints. They always respond to email enquiries. The property is to the expected standard. The moving process was smooth. The only thing I can say was not so great was the process of installing nbn. It was just slow for them to give me a definitive answer as to whether I had permission to install it or not.

Professional attention to finding new tenants
The previous tenants suddenly terminated their lease and D&S stepped up immediately to ensure the property was left in appropriate condition and then advertise, screen and select new tenants. All was done in a very professional manner and we were kept well informed along the way. Bravo D&S !
