We are in lockdown have 3 kids and a dog. From the moment we signed with Matt he mobilised a team of professionals to help us get the best price for our property. He recommended Conveyancers, a Building Inspector, the amazing Mary Poppins, (aka Vanessa from Styleness), magically styled the house - we didn't recognise the place! Matt even helped me clean the bench down for the first open house, that level of service I was not expecting! All humour aside, Matt sold our home within a week and we are extremely satisfied with the price he negotiated on our behalf.
