We did plenty of research and interviewed a number of agents before choosing Matt to sell our property. We knew he was one of the best performing agents for our area and on meeting with him we thought he was a good fit for us. Our confidence was rewarded through Matt's efforts and patience and in his straightforward practical approach. We were kept well informed of the progress of our sales campaign and our expectations were well managed. We highly recommend Matt.

Matt sold me my unit in Dee Why over 15 years ago and has stayed in casual contact during that time updating me on the market. Back then, as a buyer I felt valued and well looked after and recommended him to friends who needed real estate advice in the years since. My sister and I found ourselves in a situation recently where we managed the sale of a cherished family members house. A huge responsibility for us to undertake. From our first discussion with Matt we were put at ease and felt confident in his guidance and thorough planning. Matt’s knowledge, communication, friendly nature and energy made the process so much easier and ultimately led to a great result. Thank you again Matt and the team at DS!
