We purchased our unit from Matt in 2013 and had such a positive experience that we knew he was the agent we wanted to engage to sell that same unit in 2020. We contacted Matt who was all hands on deck immediately. Despite these challenges Matt was always positive and he was proactive and creative in the way he overcame these challenges. He negotiated a sales price we were very happy with, as well as a shorter settlement period (due to paying mortgage and rent simultaneously) and we sold our unit exactly 1 week after it went to market. Matt and his sales associate Melanie worked around the clock to ensure contracts were signed and exchanged 3 days before Christmas. We could not be happier and we can now breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy the Christmas period stress-free. Matt immediately puts you at ease with his positive and genuine demeanor. His advice was always sound and relevant to what we were trying to achieve as a family and he kept us in the loop every step of the process. We could not recommend him highly enough.
