As part of a local independent agency Matt and his team have unrivalled experience of the Northern Beaches market. The marketing plan proposed by Matt yielded great numbers through the the door and ultimately led to a successful sale prior to auction. Matt’s judgment and guidance made the process of selling our home as smooth as possible. Matt and Steve were thoroughly professional and communicated with us constantly to keep us updated on progress. We would have no hesitation in using their services again.

My mums unit was a dated place that had not had a cent spent on it in 25+ years. Stephen gave us the realistic options on spend vs leave it the way it was. He suggested the option that would get us the best value. The time line for the sale suddenly got accelerated and we discussed a plan which gave me the time to get the place ready. The result exceeded our expectations, we were kept informed every day and felt our wishes were always respected. We couldn’t praise Stephen highly enough. Than you

We had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen for the purchase of our first apartment. From the moment I accidentally walked into the inspection he was easy to talk to, very approachable at any time we saw or called him with any concerns, knowledgeable and caring when things got a bit difficult. Absolute pleasure to deal with and hopefully down the track he’ll find us our next home.

I am very happy to acknowledge the professionalism which you showed in the selling of my mother’s house at 867 Pittwater Road Collaroy. You were always readily available to help us in any decisions to be made in regards to the sale and supportive of those decisions. The outcome of the auction was favourable largely due to your efforts, involved in marketing the house.

I highly recommend Stephen. He guided me through the process of selling my apartment “off market” and achieved a fantastic result in record time. His advice on preparing the apartment for sale was invaluable. He was always available for advice and updates on the process.

Stephen is a knowledgeable professional who provides a well researched profile when you are aiming to sell. He achieves the best possible outcome and invests all his energy to ensure an open and honest assessment of where the market is at. He continuously maintains communication throughout the process from when the property is on the market until it's sold.

Once I had decided Stephen was selling my unit, it was all hands on deck. In 1 week he had organised, painters, new carpet, electrician & a stylist for the property. It sold in 2 weeks & I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would totally recommend him to o sell your home.

From the very beginning Matt and his team were knowledgeable, helpful and always went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and confident throughout the sale process. We have had bad experiences with real estate agents in the past and didn’t expect this time to be any different but that could not be any further from the truth. Matt kept us in the loop at all times and explained all the steps along the way so we never felt unsure about what was happening or overwhelmed. Cannot recommend Matt and his team more and any chance I get, I will recommend him to friends and family.

We had appraisals from 3 agents in the area and chose Matt because of his matter of fact straight forward approach to selling the property. Matt kept us informed throughout the process and listened to our concerns and opinions to acheive a great result.
