From the very first meeting through to the exchange of contracts Matt and his team proved to be exceptionally competent and professional. Communication was excellent with both me as the seller but also with the potential buyers as all requests, enquiries and offers were handled without delay and often late into the evening. Though he had other listings Matt personally attended all open houses and also a number of out of hours viewings as requested by buyers.
