It was the amazing lifestyle of the Northern Beaches that first attracted me when I arrived from Canada almost 20 years ago. Today, nothing has changed and I feel so lucky to be able to raise my family so intimately connected to the bush and the beach. It's my love for the area that allows me to provide such a personal service whether I'm selling a luxury beachside family home or a studio apartment. Easy Purchase with John Drake Real Estate

John Drake and his associates made my recent purchase of an apartment in Warriewood very easy. Strata reports and other relevant paperwork were available on inspection, small problems in the apartment were fixed before the settlement date as promised and other requests dealt with promptly. Great service with an excellent attitude. I

Smooth process with great communication

We were nervous about selling our house in a pandemic, especially as we are based in another city and have very busy lives. Martha made it a smooth process with great communication and useful information, listened to our ideas and added enormous value through her experience. We sold in less than 2 weeks and achieved our desired price. Also very happy with the way Drake managed the house as a rental, and supported our tenants once we made the decision to sell. Highly recommend Martha and the team.

Martha and the team at Drake were par excellence! It's not often that the purchaser feels just as important as the seller, but we did. The previous owner of our lovely new home had been in the property for many decades and I know that Martha not only looked after his financial interests but also the emotional toil that comes from giving up a long-held family home. Martha kept us informed at all times, was friendly and efficient and made the whole purchasing process an absolute pleasure.

Martha is AMAZING!

Martha is amazing. I felt like I was her only client. The level of care and her drive to achieve the outcome I was after exceeded my expectations by far.
