About Kellie

Hello and welcome to Drift Property Management! I am the licensee and principal, bringing over 23 years of dedicated experience in property management. Specialising exclusively in Property Management, I am a hands-on business owner with a small rent roll and committed to providing my landlords with a very professional, prompt and a more personalised service. I personally manage each of my clients’ properties from start to finish. With a single point of contact and no frustrating staff changes, my clients, past and present, have always felt confident knowing their most valuable asset is being looked after, not only by someone with maturity and experience but also by someone who actually cares. An absolutely fantastic property manager. She responds quickly, organises repairs straight away, and is always friendly and helpful. She never makes you feel like your questions are a bother and is always happy to assist. It makes renting so much easier when you have someone this supportive.

Patience & Diligence in Finding the Right Tenant, not the First Tenant

Tenant selection was critical for us as this was our home that we lovingly renovated and wanted to find great long term tenants who would enjoy our house as their home. Multiple inspections, several applications and we could have leased in the first week but Kellie knew that we wanted the right people. Found them! Very happy with Kellies regular communication, even when it was quiet over Christmas. She still called! Very happy with Kellies service and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, proficient agent with a great knowledge of Gold Coast, very approachable

Kellie and her team were suggested to us by our real estate agent, after purchasing an investment property. Kellie has been very easy to work with, to ensure the home was suitable for tenants. When the first tenants departed, Kellie was very swift to arrange new advertisements and have the home occupied promptly. Progressive home inspection reports and understanding of the rental market. Definitely recommend.

Fast response and very communicative

We were moving to the Gold Coast over the Christmas break when most real estate agents were shutting down for the holidays. But not Kellie! She answered all of our questions regarding the property and responded super quickly to all of our emails to the point we were able to secure a property right before Christmas day. Even when moving in, Kellie was super helpful with all of our requests and actioned them that day or communicated clearly what can be done and when. You can't go wrong with Kellie as your agent!
