Gareth has been a great property manager. We had to vacate our previous rental due to renovations being done and the date to leave was only a few days away when we got the phone call from Gareth letting us know that our application has been successful. Gareth went out of his way to ensure we could move in quickly which was a big relief, he made the whole process go smoothly and was easy to communicate with. There was a couple of repairs that needed to be done and they were carried out in good time by very professional and friendly tradesmen. Gareth's professionalism and work ethic is far above that of previous Property Manager’s that we have had to deal with in the past. I highly recommend Gareth and RE/MAX United if you are looking for a rental property.

Phoebe has been with us through the entire process ensuring our voices are heard and pushed for us. We had so much trouble finding a house however phoebe made the process so much easier, forwarding out applications to multiple houses and if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be in the place we are now

Stephanie was great to deal with during our rental application process. She was always available and kept us up to date during the process. Stephanie provided some great advice and even met us at the new property to hand over the keys to on moving in day to make sure we were ok with everything. This was a nice touch and not something other real estate companies have ever done when I have rented previously. I definitely recommend Remax based on my experience 👍

The PM team at PRD Burleigh Heads had my property leased after first open. They secured two solid applications immediately and when the first applicant couldn't progess, the second applicant stepped in to take over the lease. As I live remotely, PRD handled everything relating to cleaning,lawns etc to get the property ready for the tenant. It was so easy. Could not recommend them highly enough. Exceeded my expectations and made the process stress free. Fabulous service!
