Hello and welcome to Drift Property Management! I am the licensee and principal, bringing over 23 years of dedicated experience in property management. Specialising exclusively in Property Management, I am a hands-on business owner with a small rent roll and committed to providing my landlords with a very professional, prompt and a more personalised service. I personally manage each of my clients’ properties from start to finish. With a single point of contact and no frustrating staff changes, my clients, past and present, have always felt confident knowing their most valuable asset is being looked after, not only by someone with maturity and experience but also by someone who actually cares. As a fellow property investor, I recognise the significance of strong rental returns and minimal vacancy. I take immense pride in the meticulous management of properties, striving to maintain them at a consistently high standard.
