He came with his lovely sidekick Alexa and was very honest about everything that needed to be done to achieve a good sale. I'd followed David's advice to the letter and he was very impressed and told me so, many times😂. We then worked out all the nitty gritty to get my house on the market ASAP. I cannot thank them enough. I'm 72 yrs old and had to do the move completely on my own so their expertise and unfailing help got me across the line and they were able to bring home a good price for me one week later.
