Working with Donna was hard. She likes a text message and a phone call - but don't expect anything on email. And when emails come through, they come from email addresses not associated with her business. As an operator and in the age of very professional scammers - very unprofessional, disconnected and disorientating. Communication was poor and her ability to provide accurate information - very lacking. She blamed the lack of information on the previous owner. I got NOTHING on handover but incorrect information. The chlorine pool was actually a salt pool, and poorly maintained. The rainwater setup is just a tank, and not connected to any home features. The state of the house on handover was beyond shocking. Donna rang me to tell me how clean the house was, claiming a full clean had been done. That said, those cleaners should be sacked and if that is Donna's 'clean', I don't want to see her dirty. I would be embarrassed to pass that off as good enough. I would also hesitate on her recommendation to work with with By The Rules Conveyancers. All parties disappeared at key moments through the purchase process - deeming what I could only perceive as trying to crash the sale. She talks the talk but by move in date, couldn't back up a thing and there isn't a comms trail in sight.
