I have known Dean Scott and Sally Scott since shortly after I purchased in 2005 the residential property they now manage for me in Brisbane, I live in Sydney. Initially they were working for a different organisation, but after approx 7 years they left it and my management was done by a number of other people in the organisation with varying and diminishing quality of management and communication and growing tenant distress. In time I received information that they had opened an office in Spring Hill and I swapped management back to their care and they have picked up with seamless high quality on tenant interaction, property maintenance care, and advice both as to property and tenant maintenance and in replacing outgoing tenancy. Frequent and sensible communication is so important when I am not close to keep tabs on the property myself. Very relieved my property management is being attended to thoughtfully in my best interests which includes responding to the needs of the tenants proactively too. They have earned my trust ( which is not easily won) and I thank them for the way they continue to deal with me.
