I set Dean a challenge with renting out a house with granny flat out the back. It took multiple inspections to find the right suitor but as difficult as the task was there was never anything but a positive can do attitude and that was great to see. Constant communication throughout the process of not just renting the property but also in conducting services such as handy men leading up to the rental made my life easier as i literally never had to go to the property - it was all handled. I have known Dean Scott and Sally Scott since shortly after I purchased in 2005 the residential property they now manage for me in Brisbane, I live in Sydney. Initially they were working for a different organisation, but after approx 7 years they left it and my management was done by a number of other people in the organisation with varying and diminishing quality of management and communication and growing tenant distress. In time I received information that they had opened an office in Spring Hill and I swapped management back to their care and they have picked up with seamless high quality on tenant interaction, property maintenance care, and advice both as to property and tenant maintenance and in replacing outgoing tenancy. Frequent and sensible communication is so important when I am not close to keep tabs on the property myself. Very relieved my property management is being attended to thoughtfully in my best interests which includes responding to the needs of the tenants proactively too. They have earned my trust ( which is not easily won) and I thank them for the way they continue to deal with me.

With so many millennials and Get Y working in the Real Estate business it was amazing to find an honest down to earth agent who speaks English. No modern cliches, no outlandish promises just honest old school communication and hard work. In today's environment of selfies, social media and fake news we are so glad to deal with Dean. He rings us on the phone and talks to us. What a novel idea. The bonus is he has rented our unit with great tenants and with extreme efficiency.

I would highly recommend Raine & Horne Spring Hill if you are looking for a reliable rental agent in Brisbane. Sally and Dean are both open, honest and really great at communicating. Living interstate, it was important to have agents that knew the Brisbane market and were able to handle everything in my absence. They have always chosen high quality tenants. And not only do they communicate openly with me and keep me happy, they also keep the tenants happy which I believe brings greater continuity of tenants.
