Record Price - Minimal fuss

With a high spec home in Leederville we were keen to attract buyers from the neighbouring West Leederville and Subiaco areas. Craig's contacts and database meant we were able to achieve a sale off market with minimal home opens, thereby minimising the impact on our family. Not only was it simple and painless Craig also managed to set a record price for a house in Leederville. Finally, Craig was extremely flexible when it came to working out the commission structure. He had multiple models for us to choose from giving us greater flexibility and upside. We have another house to sell in a month's time and will be using Craig again.
