David was great from the start of the process of selling my property. He was available same day that I called to come and meet me and view my property and the process was easy from there. The admin staff are wonderful and very helpful. David has a great knowledge of the property market on the Sapphire coast and I would highly recommend him and his team for your real estate needs.

Our experience
I set the price and it sold within 24 hours. To be honest David wanted to list it for 40,000 less. I supplied the pictures for the advertising and when photos where uploaded the wrong block was identified. I think we should have received a discount on the advertising which was not included in the commission. I also had to ask for it to be put on realestate.com as it had been weeks since we signed the agent contract.
