David and his team achieved a fantastic result with the sale of our property. Advertising and marketing was spot on with the use of innovative technology (3D photos). The campaign excellent - On the market for two weeks. Private inspections during first week with 6 inspections. The next week - first opening and 2 offers. Sold immediately after that opening. Rarely heard of in a coastal/country town on the far coast of NSW. Davis's negotiating skills were outstanding with the accepted offer being above our asking price.
