What impressed me was his qualifying of the viewers at the open house without scaring them off. He was able to give me a good idea of each couples financial position & situation to enable me to accept the most reliable offer. His service was impeccable. Example, I had already moved & was living 2hrs drive from my old home. The battery on the garage door opener went flat & he changed it to save me the drive or the cost of getting someone else to do it. It's the little things that make the experience less stressful.
